How long does shipping take?
On average 5–7 days door-to-door. Your cargo flies on one of our two weekly US → Guyana flights, so it never sits in a warehouse waiting on a container.
How is my price calculated?
One flat rate per pound, based on weight and cargo type. We quote it on WhatsApp before you ship, and that is the number you pay — customs included.
Can I buy from US stores and ship through you?
Yes. We give you our Miami hub address. Use it at checkout, your orders land there, we consolidate them into one shipment and fly them home.
Do you handle customs?
Completely. We clear every shipment ourselves. You will never be asked to stand in a line at the port or learn what a bill of lading is.
Where do I collect my package?
At our Georgetown office, or we deliver to your door — your choice when you ship. Either way you get a WhatsApp message the moment your cargo lands.
